What stains teeth?
Food and drinks can greatly influence the color of your teeth. The worse offenders are red wine, cigarettes, soft drinks, citrus, coffee, tea, curries, soy sauce and berries. It is recommended to avoid these for the first 3 hours after treatment to maximize results.
Which shades are easier to whiten?
In general if your teeth are yellow, it will be easier to make them more white. Gray teeth are much harder to whiten due to the stain being more intrinsic. Your teeth can only be whitened to their genetic natural whiteness.
